The texture of the shrimp and shellfish is particularly delightful, and the richness of the fatty fish is memorable. The tempura highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients, and the light, crispy batter makes it easy to keep eating. Dishes with a twist, such as thick omelet combined with shiitake mushrooms and shrimp, are also enjoyable.
