This menu is for those who find the price of omakase sushi for lunch burdensome, featuring only the sushi served by Tensho.
We serve a total of 15 types of fresh seafood purchased that day. The types always vary.
Added unique flavors with tartar sauce containing cream cheese, beets, mint, and orange.
Grilled with miso and topped with a reduction of balsamic and chocolate sauce.
Topped with aged kimchi, myung-ina-mul pesto, cucumber, Grana Padano cheese, and tartar sauce.
Served with fried capers, curry garlic sauce, apple, and raisins. Made with Hokkaido scallops.
Topped with monkfish liver sauce, coffee jelly, apple, and young leaves. I wanted to create a unique eel experience.
Gorgonzola cheese sauce, truffle salt, oil, topped with chives or mackerel pesto.
The ultimate flavor of thick tuna, made with farmed bluefin tuna.
Can also be prepared as tataki (lightly seared) according to your preference. It is known as the fattiest part of the fish.
We provide it with high-quality ingredients purchased that day. A luxurious dish, we will prepare it so that you won't regret it.

12 types of sushi, 3 types of sashimi, and dishes will be served together. It is recommended to make a reservation and visit.
