This five-course lunch course features a main dish of choice of meat, including locally raised Yamayuri pork, as well as vegetables such as Kamakura vegetables. Why not take a short break from exploring Kamakura with a glass of wine in hand at our restaurant, which is located close to the station?
A lunch course with a choice of main dish of wild game meat such as deer or wild boar, and 5 kinds of appetizers. Please enjoy a slightly luxurious lunch in a high-quality space. We also have a private room that can accommodate up to 6 people, which is recommended for a dinner or lunch meeting.
This short course is recommended for first-time visitors to Minamoto. The appetizer platter is filled with our specialties such as caprese and carpaccio made with seasonal ingredients, and for the main dish, we offer an a la carte menu directly to each person, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes and be satisfied with the volume of your meal! We also accept same-day reservations!

Recommended dish: Shrimp and Maitake Mushroom Ajillo made with 100% Zibibbo, fermented with natural yeast, a vibrant orange wine. Just bringing the glass close releases aromas of citrus and roses.
French/Languedoc-Roussillon 100% Pinot Noir Recommended dishes: Cherry meat carpaccio, country-style pâté. A pleasant balance with gentle fruitiness and smooth acidity reminiscent of berries. This is a refreshing, well-balanced organic wine with no added preservatives and great cost performance!

The popular cut 'Zabuton' of 'Sagami Beef' sourced from Kanagawa Prefecture is grilled thoroughly on the surface and slowly baked in the oven. Please enjoy it paired with a robust red wine.
The lamb chops are from New Zealand, with little odor and very tender, made from spring lamb under six months old, and roasted with local Kamakura vegetables. The red miso served on the side, with a little extra effort, pairs well with both the lamb and the vegetables, as well as red wine.
The deer is cooked at a low temperature to achieve a moist, tender, and juicy finish, accompanied by grilled maitake mushrooms. Please enjoy it with a sauce based on red wine, featuring a hint of red miso.
The boar meat is roasted at low temperature and served with a variety of mini tomatoes mixed with homemade nut sauce, finished as a salad with basil and balsamic sauce. It can be enjoyed with a wide range of wines, including robust whites, rosés, and lighter reds.
For 2 to 3 people, this dish features simply grilled beef and pork seasoned only with salt. The lamb is seasoned with our homemade seasoning. This dish, which allows you to enjoy various types of meat, is highly recommended when you come in a large group or when you have a strong craving for meat! This is a wild-flavored peperoncino that can only be tasted at Minamoto, based on a sauce that has been carefully simmered for about 4 to 5 hours until the pork muscles, scraps, and fat become tender, with the addition of bitter watercress.
On top of a simple risotto, we placed venison that has been carefully simmered for several hours until tender. Enjoy the fragrant aroma of grilled cheese and freshly shaved truffles.
