Upon entering, you can see the kitchen, with wooden tables lined up, and you can feel the warm atmosphere. The subtle sign at the moment you step out of the elevator is also lovely. The staff's attire is unique and fits well with the ambiance of the restaurant. The dishes are alive with the aroma of fermentation and the sweetness of vegetables, and you can feel the creativity in each plate. The light beet snack, the onion dish, and the small appetizer using mushrooms were particularly impressive. The plate combining daikon and squid with a flavorful broth, as well as the gentle pairing of egg yolk confit and turnip, leave a pleasant aftertaste.
