Main course is ramen? I ordered tsukemen by mistake! I like tsukemen, so I ordered regular tsukemen, but all the other customers ordered ramen! I wonder if ramen is the main dish here! Oh well, I don't mind, I don't mind. I like tsukemen! So, tsukemen. It is suitable for girls. The bamboo shoots are thinly sliced and easy to eat. (I'm the kind of person who likes to eat with gusto.) The bowl is also thoroughly chilled. It's a real shame! Ebisu is a fierce battleground! The dipping sauce is not a thick soup. I like it sticky and rich! But it was delicious when I drank it with soup stock. I realized that Ebisu is a hot battle zone for ramen.

Ebisu AFURI First time at AFURI! It's easy for girls to come in, looks good, and even though it's ramen, it's made with yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit). It's the original neo-ramen! I've never been there, but I've been seeing more and more fashionable and guilt-free ramen lately. I've never been there. I thought the yuzu was too refreshing. I thought the yuzu was too light, but it wasn't, and the chashu pork was very rich, so even my uncle's palate was satisfied 🐷. I think I'll take this opportunity to try Neo-Ramen 😋🤚🏻 but I don't even know if Neo-Ramen is a word to begin with!

It was hot, so I had cold yuzu ramen. Last time I had chicken chashu, but this time I chose grilled chashu, and the grilled one is overwhelmingly better!!

When I went around 3:00 PM, it wasn't crowded and I was able to enter smoothly. The summer limited cold noodle menu had started, so I ordered it along with extra yuzu. The noodles were extremely thin and slurpable. The yuzu was refreshing and delicious. This was a cashless store.

I went to the very popular ramen restaurant AFURI near Ebisu Station in Tokyo - a very popular place to eat ramen! I was surprised to see so many female customers! I had the Yuzu Shio Ramen 🍜. It was light, thin noodles, and delicious roasted pork. It was just the way I like it!

Awaii Yuzu Shio Ramen I was looking for a casual place to eat in the neighborhood, and I found this place. I like salt ramen and yuzu, so this was the only choice for me! I immediately decided to try it. I heard that you can change the chashu pork to chicken and choose the amount of chicken oil, but I ordered the standard version. The yuzu was delicious, and the saltiness was just right while the yuzu was gently assertive! They also had a cold dish, so it would be good for the coming season!

As soon as I return from abroad, I dive into Afuri. It's to eat the yuzu salt ramen. This is the definitive version of Japanese-style ramen! The clear, golden broth, the medium-thin noodles, and the grilled chashu come together with the aroma of yuzu to create an ecstatic deliciousness. After the meal, I feel like I've come back to Japan.
