Our specialty! We use grilled flying fish made with Takahashi's unique method, and the flavored oil is a Takahashi original that brings out the aroma of grilled flying fish to the maximum. The noodles are custom-made in collaboration with a long-established noodle shop. You can enjoy the last drop by adding white rice to the remaining soup to make tea rice.

A sauce that luxuriously uses Sekigahara tamari soy sauce, bringing out the charm of soy sauce. You can enjoy the rich aroma of soy sauce that does not lose to the back fat. If you add white rice to the remaining soup and enjoy it like ochazuke, your satisfaction will increase!
This dish features Takahashi's proud shoulder roast char siu, prepared in a Japanese style with the umami of bonito and sesame for a refreshing taste. The accompanying wasabi pairs well with it.
