Focaccia is a type of bread that is eaten at the Italian table, often served with appetizers. It can also be used to make sandwiches filled with ham, vegetables, cheese, and more. Our proud focaccia is made by blending domestic wheat flour and whole wheat flour, mixing in natural yeast, and letting it rest overnight before baking it in the oven every morning. It has a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. The more you chew, the more the flavor of the flour spreads throughout your mouth. Once you try it, you'll be hooked! One piece is complimentary for each diner! Additional pieces are 50 yen each. Please feel free to ask.
