The interior is spacious and clean, with pleasant jazz music playing, making it a relaxing place. The stylish atmosphere allows for a calm dining experience. The soba has a fragrant aroma, is smooth to slurp, and is very delicious. The broth has a gentle flavor that pairs well with the umami of the meat. The tempura is freshly fried with a crispy texture, and the aroma of soy sauce wafts through, while the anago (conger eel) has a rich flavor. Ending with soba-yu (soba water) brings a sense of comfort, making for a highly satisfying meal overall.

The soba made from 100% buckwheat has a strong aroma and is pleasantly smooth to eat. The noodles have a bright color and a light texture that goes down easily. A plate that has been thoroughly chilled in cold water highlights the flavor and is very satisfying. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, achieving a quality similar to that of a specialty shop. The roasted flavor of the burdock tempura is enjoyable and pairs very well with the soba. The spacious interior of the restaurant includes a counter, allowing for a relaxed dining experience.
