Craftsmanship that you would not expect from a one-operator restaurant A fellow gourmet recommended this restaurant to me as a good place to eat at a good price. I made a reservation and went to the counter with my good friend, the owner of the curry store. When we made the reservation, we were told that it was a one-person operation, so we thought it would be a good place to talk and drink slowly... But... the place was packed to capacity, as if by calculation, and the food was served in an efficient manner ( ✧Д✧) kakk! It's truly a divine work of art! ⚪︎ Seared beef tongue accented with rape blossoms, grapefruit and cod roe 900 yen ⚪︎ White liver mousse with walnut sauce ⚪︎ Gizzard, quail , kushikatsu, kurobuta croquette 100 yen each ⚪︎ Camembert 160 yen ⚪︎ Meat Miso Cucumber ¥280 ...Ya, ya, cheap! And all of them are absurdly delicious! ⚪︎ Chateaubriand 100g 3000yen Reservations are required for the cheap chateaubriand, but the meat is of a very high level... another surprise! Although it was a one-operator operation, I was impressed by the workmanship (; ・`д・´)... I spent about 3 hours enjoying the best food and having a good time ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆! I will definitely repeat the experience!
