I visited during lunch time on a holiday and ordered a hamburger, fried scallops, soup, and bread.
First of all, the plate is cute. The arrangement of the sauce around the round hamburger looks like a smiley face. It made me smile.
As for the taste, it was of course authentic. I enjoyed the hamburger as recommended, savoring its original flavor, the sauce, and the sweetness of the meat with rock salt. It's clear that they are particular about the meat. The soup and sauce were carefully made, something you can't replicate at home.
Did they bake the bread in the shop? It was my favorite type of bread.
I would like to come back to try other menu items.

Following the detailed explanations, we tried four different types of sea urchin: Nemuro, Hamanaka, Kitakata Shishima, and Rausu (; ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆! If I were to compare it to tuna, I would say that it was close to the best tuna I've ever tasted.
