A variety of Kyushu's best dishes♪♪ Tsubaki is known for its motsu nabe (motsu hot pot), which offers a choice of main dish of the day, bite-sized gyoza (dumplings), satsuma-age (fried fish cakes), and local chicken dishes! All-you-can-drink course is perfect for a banquet.
All-you-can-drink-only course with your choice of dishes: 1380 yen (excluding tax) from 17:00 to 17:59, 1680 yen (excluding tax) from 18:00 to 24:00. Premium Malts is also available for an additional 500 yen. Not available on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays.
We have upgraded our most popular Umakamon Course to the Hakata Motsu-suki version for a limited time only. This course allows you to enjoy our signature Wagyu beef in a sukiyaki pot, as well as Jidori chicken, horse sashimi, and a full range of Kyushu cuisine.

The flavor of sesame enhances your appetite. The miso used is Haccho miso, said to be loved by Tokugawa Ieyasu, made in Okazaki City. The rich depth and umami of Haccho miso perfectly coat the ingredients in the hot pot, making it exquisite! *Available for two servings or more.

Horse sashimi is not only healthy but also a nutrient-rich ingredient that contains high-quality protein, glycogen, and is abundant in iron.
Directly sourced from the local area. It has a firm texture and a deep flavor. Kagoshima free-range chicken contains a high amount of umami components, such as amino acids, allowing you to enjoy a rich umami taste. The fibers are fine, resulting in a tender meat quality, while still providing a moderate chewiness.
