The menu features a popularity ranking, making it easy to choose even for first-timers. After ordering, the noodles are weighed and then boiled, releasing the fresh aroma. The smooth medium-thick noodles have a defined edge, allowing you to enjoy a firm texture and elasticity. The broth is neither too strong nor too weak, with a delicious umami that enhances the noodles. The crispy tempura and perfectly fried chicken, as well as the oden's konjac and beef tendon, are all carefully prepared, bringing a smile to your face. In a lively atmosphere with cheerful staff, you can lose track of time while savoring the udon.
