Using seasonings from Sichuan Province, this dish combines both pork and beef for a complex and deep flavor profile that balances spiciness, richness, and umami, resulting in a refreshing and elegant taste.
Using domestic pork shoulder, the sauce combines Chinkiang vinegar with grain vinegar, resulting in a rich yet not overly heavy aromatic flavor.
