What we serve changes from day to day.
We use young chicken from Awaji. Since it is not treated with any chemicals, bacteria will always remain regardless of freshness. *Please be sure to consume within fifteen minutes. Pregnant women, those in poor health, and minors are advised to refrain from consuming.
