When you enter the store, you are greeted by the cheerful voices of the staff, and you immediately feel at home. The lunch set I chose, featuring Kyoto red chicken, looked appetizing without any burnt bitterness, and the meat had just the right amount of firmness. I also tried the chicken simmered in miso, which had a gentle flavor that made me want to keep eating rice. The white rice and miso soup can be refilled as much as you like, so it's great to be able to eat until I'm full. Additionally, there is a service where you can freely enjoy raw eggs, and I made a second bowl of rice with a raw egg. I felt that this is a wonderful place where you can enjoy chicken dishes in a lively atmosphere, with many attractive menu options for both lunch and dinner.
