In a store interior where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can start grilling in a relaxed manner. When you grill the meat slowly over charcoal in a shichirin, it becomes fragrant and very delicious. The assorted offal has a wide variety, and the liver has no unpleasant smell, while the sanma (thinly sliced beef) is also delicious when grilled. The gyaara (beef tripe) is cut larger, providing a sense of satisfaction, and you can also enjoy classic options like kalbi (short ribs), harami (skirt steak), and tongue. The sides, such as kimchi, namul, and creatively prepared chanja, pair perfectly with the grilled items. When combined with a fizzy drink, it’s outstanding, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it enjoyable to chat.
