Koji Taro's "Three sacred treasures You can enjoy various malt dishes centering on the salted rice omusubi made from carefully selected rice, seaweed, and salt. The meal is accompanied by pork miso soup using malted pork tsukune and small dishes using malted malt, which go well with the omusubi. You can choose two kinds of omusubi from the menu. There is also a "special collaboration omusubi" by a famous restaurant in Nagoya and Kouji Taro. Please spend a moment at Kouji Taro that will satisfy both your body and soul.
