In early spring, we serve firefly squid. As we head into early summer, we offer seared bonito with grated new onions and ponzu sauce. We mix marinated horse mackerel and sardines with seasonal condiments and homemade pickled ginger. We also prepare dishes like shellfish with a sauce and liver soy sauce with flatfish and mackerel, featuring seasonal fish as appetizers. Prices range from about 780 yen to 1,200 yen.
