This is a slightly luxurious hamburger course using 100% Japanese black beef. Although it varies depending on our procurement, we mainly use high quality minced beef from Kyushu (Saga beef, Amakusa Wagyu beef, Iki beef, etc.). You can choose from tomato sauce, demi-glace sauce, or Japonais sauce. Also available is the "Japanese style hamburger steak" (￥3,960), which contains bean sprouts inside the hamburger steak. Reservations are recommended as quantities are limited.
