The popular "Beef Stew" is only available for about 10 days at the beginning of each month. The meat is high-quality Japanese black beef of A4-5 grade! The sauce takes 25 days to prepare and is made slowly and carefully for a delicious taste. You won't find beef stew like this anywhere else!
This is a slightly luxurious hamburger course using 100% Japanese black beef. Although it varies depending on our procurement, we mainly use high quality minced beef from Kyushu (Saga beef, Amakusa Wagyu beef, Iki beef, etc.). You can choose from tomato sauce, demi-glace sauce, or Japonais sauce. Also available is the "Japanese style hamburger steak" (¥3,960), which contains bean sprouts inside the hamburger steak. Reservations are recommended as quantities are limited.
