In: Tempura lunch at ❇︎🍤 Tempura restaurant where you can have a higher unit price at the counter in the evening. Reservations are not accepted at lunch time. You will be guided in the order you arrive. Lunch menu is Tendon or kakiage-don (tempura bowl) ¥1500 and special tendon with additional fish ¥2000. This time ordered the tempura bowl and the kakiage bowl. Tempura being fried right in front of you. The owner's movements were so beautiful that I was not bored at all during the waiting time and enjoyed waiting. The sound of the tempura being fried is also nice. Dip the freshly fried tempura into the sauce. Dip the tempura in the sauce, and voila! Kakiage is flat and fills up the whole bowl. The kakiage is so big that it fills up the whole bowl. I took a video of the steam for a moment. It was not the crunchy, crispy type, The kakiage was not the crunchy and crispy type, but savory and fluffy. There were shrimp in it 🍤. After midnight, businessmen entered the restaurant one after another! There were also many one-person customers. Tempura at the counter from noon 😍. Next time, I would like to try not a bowl of rice but one freshly fried piece of tempura. ❇︎ The cheerful service was also a delight! Thanks for the food! ... 🍤 Tenzaku 052-972-7039 Room B, 1F, EMINE310, 3-9-32 Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

[I was lost in the street when I remembered that I wanted to eat tempura, so I strolled around for a while and found this restaurant. I thought it looked somehow tasty, so I trusted my sense of smell and entered the restaurant. The friendly-looking owner greeted me with a smile. I watched him fry the tempura right in front of me at the counter, which seats about 10 people, and watched closely as he dipped the freshly fried tempura into the sauce. The owner must have thought it was strange. The special tempura bowl we had been waiting for. The contents were quite sumptuous, including conger eel, sillago, shrimp, kakiage (deep fried shrimp), asparagus, shiitake mushroom and shrimp tempura (I think there was at least one more dish...). are beautifully arranged. I have no complaints about the frying condition. The crispy texture remains and the way the sauce is submerged is exquisite. Unfortunately, the sauce was a bit salty and made me thirsty. But I guess that's just a matter of taste. If you come here at night, you will probably be able to drink a lot of sake! I'll visit again when I'm in the neighborhood:)
