Soba Koubou Musashiya is a restaurant that serves handmade soba made from self-milled flour. The 90% buckwheat soba, made from domestically sourced buckwheat, offers rich flavor and a pleasant texture. The interior is designed like a log cabin and is barrier-free, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the creatively crafted dishes such as tofu and tempura are exquisite, allowing for new culinary discoveries with each visit.

In a cozy space where soft guitar melodies flow, you can enjoy your time slowly. Upon entering, the first thing served is homemade tofu, and I was delighted to feel the sweetness of the soybeans. In addition to the counter and tables, there is also a sunken kotatsu room, making it a relaxing place for families. The soba made from homemade flour ground with a stone mill has a distinct texture and is pleasantly chewy. The tempura is mainly vegetables, and the shrimp is just the right size, which we enjoyed separately. The unique wooden atmosphere with a tropical fish tank and a piano, along with the spacious seating arrangement, makes it comfortable.
