The Hokkaido miso 'Kouitten', made with underground water sourced from the Shikotsu region and crafted with unparalleled skill, is characterized by its rich depth and profound aroma developed through careful aging.
This luxurious dessert features agar jelly, warabi mochi, seasonal fruits, and is topped with sugar cane ice cream that has a unique flavor of brown sugar. *Due to the strong flavor of brown sugar, we do not include black syrup. *The presentation may vary slightly.
This is a dessert unique to the 88th night. We made warabi mochi with matcha soy milk. Please enjoy it with our homemade beet sugar syrup.
