When you enter the restaurant, the staff's greeting is pleasant, and you can relax immediately. The wooden atmosphere inside is comfortable, with not only tables and a counter but also a sunken kotatsu, making it cozy. The appetizer is delicious, and the pickles, which are said to be made in-house, have a wonderful aroma that makes it hard to stop eating. The horse sashimi is cut in a way that is satisfying to eat, rich in flavor, and pairs perfectly with garlic, ginger, and a spicy miso. The assorted grilled chicken has a nice char, the seasoning is just right, and the aroma of charcoal wafts pleasantly. The timing of the dishes being served is good, and the changing contents like namero and the rare fried horse mackerel enhance the drinks, leaving me satisfied.
