This is a warm sweet soup made with a rare white adzuki bean called 'Shirayuki Dainagon'. You can enjoy the flavor and aroma unique to Shirayuki Dainagon, known as the king of white adzuki beans. Inside the sweet soup, you will find freshly pounded mochi that has been grilled and roasted chestnuts for you to enjoy.
This is a freshly fried spring roll filled with compote made from Fuji apples, freshly pounded rice cake, sweet red bean paste made from Shirayuki Dainagon, and dried grapes. The sauce is made with spices such as tofu, cardamom, and cinnamon.
We offer ohagi that changes every month to enjoy the current season. The ohagi for this season is inspired by 'Itoko-ni,' which is eaten in the Tohoku region during the winter solstice. It is represented by two types: ohagi with sweet red bean paste made from Dainagon azuki beans and pumpkin ohagi.
This is a special dish that combines Taiwanese soybean curd with Japanese tea. It features a combination of tofu and koji sweet sake, along with various beans such as black beans, red beans, and roasted soybeans, as well as seasonal fruit compote. It has a bit of volume and is a menu item that many people come for since the opening. The seasonal fruit at the moment is 'persimmon'.
Although it looks simple, the rich flavor and texture of the finely ground black sesame that becomes sticky is addictive for everyone in the group, and there are quite a few customers who order this dish every time. It is served with sorbet or similar accompaniments.
As the name suggests, it consists of grilled mochi with figs and walnuts. You can enjoy it with tea using a gentle sweet white miso sauce.
You can enjoy various sweets according to the season and choose your favorite tea bowl from the counter. We have three types of sweets available: the famous walnut yuzu cake from Tohoku, seasonal sweet potato yokan, and two types of ohagi, making a total of three types. *The ohagi is the same as the one mentioned above. *The upper sweets will incur an additional charge of 300 yen.
