This is our standard omakase course featuring approximately 10 dishes made with seasonal ingredients, ranging from appetizers to dessert. It includes three types of grilled dishes, and for the main course, you can choose from approximately three options—including an oyakodon made with Niwa Black Chicken, carefully selected white rice cooked in a clay pot, or seasonal rice cooked with ingredients—offering you a high degree of flexibility. Please note that the menu and number of dishes are subject to change depending on ingredient availability.
