The cooking is exquisite, with the chicken and neck meat being plump and bursting with flavor. Rare cuts like the tail and the solis are also substantial in size, making them enjoyable and satisfying to eat. The fluffy meatballs and tender chicken wings, which fall apart easily, are impressive with their savory sauce. As you slowly savor your drink, you become so fulfilled that you forget the time, and your heart feels warm.
