The interior is bright and tidy, with tatami seating that allows for a relaxed experience. The staff is friendly, attentive to subtle details, and provides thorough explanations of the dishes. The sashimi is particularly good, with the bonito having a great flavor and the mackerel being fresh and firm. Every dish made with potatoes is impressive, and the ones with sauce are delightful, while the buns are fluffy and bring happiness. The potato and clam tempura has a good balance of umami and texture, making it very satisfying. To finish, rice cooked in a clay pot is served, allowing for an enjoyable dining experience until the very end.
