【Germany】 Slightly sweet: A wine with a gentle Riesling aroma, well-balanced, and truly reflects the solid stance of Elbes towards wine, standing out in quality as a Kubera.
[Spain] Dry: The Sauvignon Blanc has medium to high acidity, but it is never sharp, offering a well-balanced flavor that makes you want to drink more. Smooth and fresh taste.
[France] Dry: Sauvignon Blanc is highly regarded locally and is mostly consumed in the area, making it a very hard-to-obtain item. It has a pale greenish bright golden color, and is a refreshing, well-structured, fresh, and mellow wine.
[Italy] Dry: Garganega / Trebbiano di Soave with a straw color highlighted in green, featuring aromas of apple, plum, and quince, along with a thirst-quenching acidity that lingers on the palate.
[France] Dry: The Melon de Bourgogne is harvested with moderate acidity and sweetness, and this balance is important. 50% is hand-picked and pressed using a pneumatic press. It can be aged for at least 15 years, and even longer.
