【Regarding Business Operations After August】
- We will be closed from mid-August to mid-September due to travel to Nepal.
- In late September, we will not be offering course meals due to special operations for Dal Bhat and participation in events. Please check our Instagram for details.
- We will resume offering course meals from October 1.

Please share the following information with your companions.
▶ We only offer course meals by reservation for both lunch and dinner.
Lunch: Starts at 12:00, closes at 15:00
Dinner: Starts at 19:00, closes at 22:00
* Lunch and dinner have the same menu
* The duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours
* If you arrive late or leave during the meal, we may not be able to serve all dishes.
* A la carte menu and only Dal Bhat are not available.
▶ Reservations must include course meals for the number of guests coming.
▶ Our restaurant is limited to customers aged 10 and above.
▶ Our course meals emphasize storytelling and are structured around the use of meat, seafood, and dairy products. Animal-based broth and dairy products will definitely be used. Depending on the course content, game meat may be used.
Please note that we cannot accommodate customers who meet the following conditions due to cooking environment constraints:
- Vegans and vegetarians in general
- Halal
- Many allergy-inducing or disliked ingredients
- Those with allergies or dislikes to the following ingredients:
Spices, garlic, ginger, legumes, dairy products,
eggs, wheat flour, tomatoes, onions
- Gluten-free, carbon-free
▶ We accept reservations for groups of 2 to 6 people.
For private use, please consult us by phone.
▶ Dishes will be served simultaneously once all members of the reserved group are present.
▶ You can enter the restaurant 10 minutes before your reservation time.
▶ We require an order of at least one drink.
▶ If you are going to be late, please be sure to contact us by phone. If you do not contact us within 20 minutes past your reservation time, we will unfortunately treat it as a cancellation.
▶ Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made through TableCheck. We do not respond to cancellations or changes via phone, email, or social media.
Changes to reservation dates or number of people will require you to cancel the original reservation and make a new one in the reservation system.
▶ Please note that we cannot respond to phone calls, emails, or messages on social media on our regular closed days.
* Irregular holidays and long-term closures due to travel to Nepal may occur.

If you wish to cancel your reservation or change the date or number of people, please apply through TableCheck at least 72 hours before the reservation time. After that, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Based on the reservation date and time:
Cancellations or changes within 72 hours:
▷▷ 50% cancellation fee of the reserved menu
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours:
▷▷ 100% cancellation fee of the reserved menu
* Date changes and number changes will also be treated as cancellations.
* For events and private use, each cancellation policy will apply.
* Regardless of the reason for cancellation, such as illness, itinerary changes, or natural disasters, we will charge you.
The above is the cancellation policy for regular operations (course meals).
