Located in a calm corner of Ebisu, it has a colorful and fun American atmosphere. Music plays in the background, and there are displays of flags and maps that excite you from the moment you enter. There is a wide variety of beers, and it's nice that the staff recommends craft beers when you express your preferences. The combination of fried spam with maple syrup surprisingly matches well, making you want to reach for more. The dishes, such as the tapas platter, fried mushrooms, and grilled sirloin, are all well-prepared and satisfying. It's on the upper floor of a mixed-use building, and after the elevator, there are stairs, but the colorful plates and sports broadcasts create a relaxing environment.
