Brillante at Kyoto Garden Palace is a conscientious restaurant located near the Gosho that serves pasta lunches. The weekly pasta dish comes with bread or rice, soup, salad bar, and a drink. Other lunch items are also offered at reasonable prices, and the garden outside the window and the wonderful ambiance make for a delicious lunch experience. What's more, the salad bar is included in the price, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere allows you to enjoy a leisurely lunch in Kyoto. The restaurant is especially popular with female customers, and there is even a line out the door.
