Upon entering the store, you are enveloped in a sense of excitement as if you have arrived on a small trip, with a Mediterranean-style garden spreading out before you. The colorful vegan dishes are packed with seasonal vegetables on each plate, and each one has an surprisingly gentle flavor. The short pasta Vesuvio, inspired by the volcano in Naples, has a chewy texture, and the combination of red turnip leaves, bamboo shoots, and tomato sauce is exquisite. The plate, which is well-balanced with soup, salad, and deli items, is fragrant with spices and herbs, making you feel your body rejoice. While gazing at the terrace where blueberries grow, I was comforted by the combination of fresh apricot and nut carrot cake with herbal tea. The staff are friendly and the conversation flows easily, making you forget the time in this cozy hideaway.

This shop is a hidden gem for vegans, quietly standing in a residential area, and as you open the door, a Mediterranean-style garden welcomes you. The plate is filled with over 30 types of vegetables, each flavor highlighted by the aroma of herbs and spices. The short pasta Vesuvio, inspired by the volcano in Naples, has a chewy texture, and the sauce made from red turnip leaves and seasonal bamboo shoots is exquisite. The fresh apricot carrot cake we had for dessert was rich with the sweetness of nuts and dried fruits, full of seasonal flavor. The herbal tea with chamomile and cinnamon gently wraps up the aftertaste of the meal. Chatting with the cheerful Italian owner was enjoyable, and the counter was so comfortable that I ended up staying longer than planned.
