The menu on the board is carefully selected, and each dish conveys the warmth of handmade preparation, with beautiful tableware. The horse liver sashimi has a pleasant texture with its cubed form, and the flavor is enhanced by onions and a salt sauce. The miso-marinated tofu is rich and sticky, and when paired with the accompanying cucumber, it's irresistible. From the king crab croquettes and stuffed cabbage rolls to grilled pacific saury, cha soba, and seafood gratin with apples, the deliciousness exceeds the simple names of the dishes, leaving a lasting impression.
