Shinshu Black Wagyu beef and Sangen pork from Katayama Meat Shop. Seasonal seafood from all over Japan is available. Seasonal vegetables from local farms and our own garden. Goroheibei rice, freshly milled each time by rice master Muramatsu Shop.

Special sauce simmered with aromatic vegetables and spices! Topped with fluffy scrambled eggs on the katsu. A classic favorite for takeout too!!
