I have allergies, so the allergy information is very helpful. It's also friendly for families with children. Even when it's crowded, they do their best to provide service. The staff are mostly nice people (I've never encountered anyone unpleasant). I go there every time I return to my hometown, and it's truly a great place.

It's cosy and delicious! However, it looks like a second Zingara restaurant, and there were no pasta or meat items on the menu, but appetizers, fritters, and many kinds of pizzas!

I have visited several times, and I enjoyed the beautifully presented appetizers that were almost too beautiful to eat, as well as the main course that was full of seasonal flavors. It unexpectedly became quite hot, so I also indulged in a refreshing dessert and a light herbal tea. I would love to visit again in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful time!

[Zaru Soba KOKU] Whenever I come to Nagano, I visit KOKU in Komoro. This time, too, I started with soba noodles. I wondered how they could make it so smooth and aromatic. The unique buckwheat noodle with chopped wasabi makes my sake go down a treat. The soba noodles were served in two different colors, zaru (colander) and nikuni (countryside), both of which were recently added to the menu. I like the fact that it comes with grated grated radish! This is the real zaru soba. I am sorry to say that the name of the restaurant is "Zaru Zaru Soba," but the soup stock is excellent. I will visit again at the end of the year.

It was a busy lunchtime, but the food was served quickly and efficiently. I had brought customers with me, and they were satisfied with the taste of the soba.
