Mizutaki is Mizutaki with a thick glass broth made from fresh Hinai Jidori chicken shipped directly from Akita! The rich collagen-rich broth and the shabushabu shabu-shabu with white meat and liver gizzards are delicious and are ordered even in summer. The heaping pile of vegetables and mushrooms also have a detoxifying effect and are overwhelmingly favored by women. Please make reservations at least 3 business days in advance.
The omakase course is served according to the customer's preference and desired quantity. (Just like omakase at a sushi restaurant, the price is not fixed.) The price ranges from 12,000 yen to 15,000 yen, and varies depending on the items and amount of food consumed. It is also possible to specify an amount above 11,000 yen and we will provide dishes according to your budget.
Unlike sukiyaki, the Kyoto-style light soy sauce-flavored broth and fresh duck shabu shabu are indescribably delicious. The fresh, never-frozen duck has no odor, and even those who do not like duck rave about it. All of the duck is fresh enough to be eaten tataki style, and is quickly dipped into the broth and served. The udon noodles for the end of the meal are also handmade and hand-dried Kanzashi udon noodles, making you want to eat them even when you are full.
You can enjoy all the standard grilled dishes. The price is fixed, so please use this course for meetings and gatherings with a fixed fee. (Please note that this course is not available for business entertainment, so we do not accept seat assignments, etc.)
Mizutaki is a mellow-flavored Miyako-Dori chicken from Iwate with a variety of vegetables. Although inferior to Hinai Jidori chicken, this course is delicious and reasonably priced. Reservations can be made two business days in advance (or even the day before in some cases), so please use this option if you are short on time before your reservation date.
