Located a short walk from Fukushima Station, the clean and spacious environment is very comfortable. When enjoyed at the counter, the slightly soft rice pairs perfectly with the toppings. The presentation includes creative elements like sea urchin from seawater and foamy soy sauce, making it exciting both visually and in taste. There are many ingredients and combinations that are not commonly found elsewhere, allowing you to enjoy everything from octopus to nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and kuruma ebi (Japanese tiger prawn), as well as botan ebi (sweet shrimp). The grilled eel and the red and fatty tuna, along with salmon roe and egg, left a lasting impression. The handmade ice cream for dessert includes pistachio, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
