The 'Kawachi Duck' is said to have been recommended for breeding by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a historical ruler of Japan, and is a type of duck raised in Osaka. It is still raised today in the same free-range manner as in the past, nurtured with organic feed and in hygienic coops. At Dora Duck, we only use fresh Kawachi Duck that is slaughtered every morning.
