瓦町どら鸭

Please enjoy the taste of fresh morning-slaughtered duck! The 'Kawachi Duck' is said to have been recommended for breeding by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a historical ruler of Japan, and is a type of duck raised in Osaka. It is still raised today in the same free-range manner as in the past, nurtured with organic feed and in hygienic coops. At Dora Duck, we only use fresh Kawachi Duck that is slaughtered every morning. Please enjoy the true flavor of the duck to your heart's content with our fresh sashimi and tataki, where freshness is key.
