Born in the Sea of Japan, the Black Flounder rides the Soya Warm Current and comes to the Tokoro coast in early spring. Among them, the one raised in the nutrient-rich Sea of Okhotsk, also known as 'Okhotsk Flatfish', is said to grow about one kilogram in a year. Departing from Saroma Town Wakazato Port!
From Wakazato Port!
The highest quality Rausu kelp harvested only from the sea of Rausu, Hokkaido. Famous as a gift item, the black running kelp. And the hidden gem that produces exquisite dashi, the white running kelp. Please experience its deep flavor.
What appears to be white powder is actually all umami components such as 'mannitol'. Once you taste it, you will be amazed by its umami.
The initial aroma is subtly infused with the scent of koji, and as it touches the palate, one experiences a refined sweetness and acidity, followed by a crisp aftertaste and a refreshing aroma typical of new sake, delivering a sharp acidic attack. Even as a raw sake, it is brewed with an awareness of lightness and flavor. The umami continues to develop day by day. You can definitely enjoy a dry sake with rich umami. This year, it offers a more refreshing freshness, pleasant sweetness, and excellent sharpness. It pairs perfectly with seasonal seafood!
This sake is brewed using carefully selected sake rice polished to perfection and fermented at low temperatures for an extended period. It is a limited year-end sake that maximally expresses the balance of aroma and flavor, making it suitable as a special edition. Since 'Junmai Ginjo' is not commercially available in the standard Tanigawadake lineup, be sure to take this opportunity! Enjoy the unique differences that come with this limited edition. It is a Junmai Ginjo with a refreshing finish typical of Tanigawadake, allowing you to taste the flavor of the rice.
ROCOCO is Japan's first luxury beer. ROCOCO is the only beer developed exclusively for high-end restaurants in Japan, and within just one year of its launch, it has been served in over 100 Michelin-starred restaurants. The flavor, serving style, and brand are all designed to provide the most elegant beer experience for customers at high-end dining establishments. Its delicate taste, with subdued bitterness, evokes high-quality white wine, gently complementing the flavors of delicate dishes without overpowering them. It is carefully brewed in Shizuoka using the underground water from Mount Fuji. The fine carbonation from natural yeast allows it to seamlessly connect with wine and sake throughout the course of a meal. ROCOCO is only available at high-end restaurants and luxury hotels, and is not sold in convenience stores, supermarkets, liquor stores, or department stores.
Please ask the staff about bottle wine.

Based on the vibrant aromas of jasmine and rose, it expresses the complexity and dry taste of champagne with lychee juice. Redefining a drink for gourmands who are not satisfied with non-alcoholic options, it pairs excellently with seafood, Chinese cuisine, and desserts.
The fragrant Darjeeling is enhanced with cacao, which pairs well with meat dishes, adding depth and a toasty flavor, while the vibrant acidity of hibiscus brings everything together. The secret ingredient is juniper berries, which are also used in gin. The moderate tannins and just the right acidity cut through the fat, ensuring the 'best bite' of always juicy meat dishes.
A cola with a sweet and strong image. The sweetness and carbonation are toned down, and it is arranged with roasted tea that has a roasted aroma and a light astringency, creating a refreshing taste. It harmonizes with the sweetness of dishes, and in a spicy plate, the roasted flavor stands out. The cola has been redesigned from scratch to be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes.
A refreshing roasted tea blended with mineral-rich pear puree, creating a mysterious and light flavor that is neither juice nor tea. This cup offers a perfect match of fresh fruitiness and delicate white fish, allowing you to experience the refreshing aroma of lemongrass.
Enjoy the important element of 'bitterness' in cooking, incorporated with yuzu juice and peel, a slightly adult non-alcoholic drink. Experience the refreshing sensation of pan-roasted tea and chamomile, followed by the crisp acidity of yuzu spreading in your mouth, transforming into a subtle bitterness that leads to an elegant aftertaste.
Not too sweet and not too spicy. We have completely restructured traditional ginger ale to make it easier to pair with food. By rounding out the 'sharpness' of ginger with jasmine and cinnamon, we achieve a smooth finish with the acidity and texture of apricot. It pairs excellently with vegetables and seafood.
Starting with the astringency common to black tea, black grapes, and cassis, we have achieved a delicate balance with the sweetness and acidity of each ingredient. It has depth and impact that does not get overshadowed by strong dishes, making it a new standard for dining that sets itself apart from conventional juices.
For pregnant women, a fulfilling meal scene. Born from such thoughts, Herbal Peach is the brand's first completely caffeine-free model. The fruitiness of peach combines with the richness of rooibos and the fruity acidity of rosehip, resulting in a sweet and sour yet rich flavor.
A sake to enjoy during your regular evening drink. That's why it's a sake that cannot be compromised. While it has a light flavor, it makes you want to drink more as you finish it. That's the kind of sake it is.
A masterpiece that condenses the umami of contracted Yamada Nishiki rice, enveloping and enhancing various dishes.
A refreshing alcoholic beverage with gas. The mildly sparkling and vibrant flavor can be enjoyed smoothly. It has a crisp and dry sake quality. Secondary fermentation in the bottle.
We polished the sake rice of Gohyakumangoku to a high degree to bring out its flavor. It produces a deep deliciousness created by the harmony of aroma and taste.
A super dry junmai sake associated with Tanigawadake, the representative mountain of Gunma Prefecture. With a sake meter value of +8, it has a super dry taste, featuring a fruity and gentle aroma. Although it is super dry, it is clean with a moderate umami, offering a refreshing and crisp flavor that does not become tiresome.
The refreshing aroma and rich flavor can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed. The complex taste, which can be expressed in various ways, achieves a delicate balance that can only be represented by Takasago Yamahai, impressing connoisseurs.
This is a Junmai Ginjo made using Yamada Nishiki produced by the Yaizu Sake Rice Research Association. It has a rich citrus aroma and an enhanced flavor that is very pleasant.
Rich aroma, crisp dry honjozo. Enjoy it chilled for a refreshing taste or warm for a delicious experience. It does not overpower the flavors of food and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes.
A standard sake from the 'Kita no Katsu' brand brewed by Usui Katsusaburo Shoten. It is a regular sake of the fine class, previously classified as 2nd grade. It pairs exceptionally well with seafood, starting with the representative 'Hanasaki Crab' from Nemuro. In 1887, Usui Katsusaburo, who moved from Niigata Prefecture to Hokkaido, began sake brewing in Nemuro City. It was named 'Kita no Katsu' in honor of the land of Hokkaido and the founder's name. The brewery operates as a personal shop without corporate status and is the easternmost brewery in Japan.
