The cooking makes the most of the abundant flavors of the ingredients and the gusto and impact of the flavors are wonderfully balanced with the swing of the flavors. It consisted of five appetizers, pasta, risotto, main meat, and dessert, and what can I say, the ingredients used were varied. Yaito bonito, shrimp, grouper, bear, Kabako crab, fresh laver, Omi beef halami, and other unusual ingredients from the sea and mountains with a rich sense of seasonality. Particularly memorable were the soup with a broth of grouper and mushrooms, tagliolini with Kabako crab (rich!) and the Omi beef and halami steak. The chef is a wonderful chef, who has put all of these together and serves them all by himself in a very short time without making you wait. Furthermore, he changes the menu depending on the customers. I would like to visit this restaurant in different seasons.
