Half cold seiro soba, half udon

Large serving of seiro soba
Topped with deep-fried eggplant, mountain vegetables, myoga ginger, perilla leaves, grated daikon radish, and bonito flakes on soba noodles.
Inaniwa udon directly shipped from Akita, topped with boiled small shrimp on a bed of ice, served with soba dipping sauce.
Please enjoy dipping soba noodles into a sauce made from grated yam 'tororo' mixed with egg yolk and soba dipping sauce. If you dislike eggs, please let us know, and we will serve it with just the tororo.
Please enjoy dipping cold soba noodles into the curry broth made with chicken and onions. Recommended for those who love curry and have a sensitive palate.
Separate serving of vegetable tempura and cold soba noodles
Please enjoy it with cold soba noodles dipped in a flavorful broth made from duck meat (with duck meat and green onions).
Separate serving of shrimp and vegetable tempura with seiro soba
Shrimp, kiss fish, and vegetable tempura served separately with soba noodles
A set of soba noodles topped with four types of toppings: salmon roe, grated yam, quail eggs, mountain vegetables, and grated daikon, served with a separate portion of shrimp tempura. This menu is available only in the restaurant.
Using a mayonnaise-based sesame sauce, hot grilled meat and crunchy vegetables are placed on top of cold udon noodles, drizzled with a special sesame sauce.
Please enjoy cold soba or udon topped with three small shrimp tempura, grated daikon, ikura, kinshi tamago, nagaimo, cucumber, nori (wakame for delivery), and kaiware, drizzled with soba dipping sauce.
It is served with seaweed, grated yam, and egg yolk on top of cold soba noodles, and is enjoyed with soba dipping sauce.
A fox with sweet and spicy fried tofu and green onions, served with warm soba or udon.

This is a simple tempura rice bowl with only two large shrimp tempuras. Recommended for those who want to savor the flavor of shrimp.
