A famous sushi restaurant that received two stars in the "Michelin Guide Niigata 2020". Founded in 1960, the restaurant takes its name from the fact that the first owner and his brothers set up the restaurant, and the menu is omakase only. The menu features only omakase, or omakase, sushi made with the freshest fish of the day and other fresh seasonal ingredients, using traditional Edo-mae techniques inherited from the previous generation. This is a sushi restaurant where you can enjoy the freshest fish from Niigata in its best condition, and you should definitely make a reservation to visit.

The menu, which focuses on local fish, is a masterpiece. With the exception of sea urchin from Hokkaido, all of the fish is from Niigata Prefecture. The owner's careful work and the variety of quality seafood from Niigata are impressive. Today's menu (⭐️ is nigiri) Edamame (green soybeans) ⭐️Arara(Niigata) ⭐️Chidai(Niigata)(Haruko sea bream) Grilled sea eel (Sado) ⭐️Nanban shrimp(Sado)(sweet shrimp) ⭐️Nodoguro(Sado) Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with ao and ume plum ⭐️Red squid(Niigata) ⭐️Kitamurazaki sea urchin(Hokkaido) Water octopus (Niigata) ⭐️Meji-tuna(30kg Awashima) ⭐️Black sea bass(Sado) grilled asparagus(Shinbonda) ⭐️Aji(Niigata) ⭐️Eel, plum and ginger(Niigata) pickled ginger and cucumber (Sado) Juzen eggplant (Niigata) ⭐️Hair crab hand roll (Sado) ⭐️ sea eel (Niigata) omelette black tea (Murakami)

Delicious Sushi Niigata is famous for its seafood, but it is a pity that it is often compared to Kanazawa. I think Niigata has the advantages of Niigata. I think that the restaurant that brings out the best of Niigata is this brothers sushi restaurant. It is not a restaurant for everyday use, but it is a perfect place for anniversaries and business entertainment! It was a restaurant that made me realize once again how delicious sushi can be!

This is a very nice place! Everything but the sea urchin is local Niigata. I could tell that Sado is a treasure island. The nanban shrimp was so good, I will definitely go back for more!

A long-established sushi restaurant that focuses on local Niigata products. ♪ The way the courses are served is ingenious, with nigiri and entrée served alternately. The food is not only delicious, but the owner's attention to detail is also excellent. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.
