You can relax in a calm space centered around the counter. The attentive service from the chef and the proprietress is very pleasant. The seasonal seafood takes center stage, with items like Spanish mackerel, bonito, and crab leaving a lasting impression. The flavorful dashi is excellent, and the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) is especially my favorite. The sake paired with the dishes is a perfect match, and it's also enjoyable to admire the charming sake vessels. There are also non-alcoholic drinks to choose from, and the flow of the course leaves you feeling satisfied until the end.
