The small side dishes that come out first are all carefully prepared, which lifts my spirits from the start. For lunch, you can have a second helping of curry, and you can enjoy a unique flavor that you can only find here. The slowly simmered dishes are very impressive, with the umami well integrated. The roasted chicken has a crispy skin and is moist inside, with the aroma of herbs wafting through. The tender braised tongue and the mussels infused with the scent of wine are also very satisfying. The skill of the chef is evident in every dish, and I am impressed by the wide variety of the menu.
