Made from 90% Chardonnay and 5% Chenin Blanc from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, this wine undergoes a fifth fermentation in the bottle, just like those from the Champagne region, resulting in fine bubbles and a floral, fresh aroma of green apple. The palate offers a perfect balance of fruitiness and freshness.

70% Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac. The freshness and smoothness, along with the volume, create a very well-balanced finish. Due to the high ratio of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, you can also feel the delicate flavors of citrus and white flowers, along with a richness reminiscent of brioche.

Champagne region Pinot Noir 33% Chardonnay 33% Pinot Meunier 33% Rich fruit, peach, white flowers, a hint of clove and brown sugar, lemon peel, grapefruit, and a very attractive and classic style of champagne with a rich aroma and smooth mouthfeel, flavors of marzipan, lime, honey, and walnut, with moderate minerals and acidity that tighten the taste.

This wine is made from carefully selected plots of 100% Chardonnay grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, using old vines (planted in 1985) in limestone, clay, and gravel soils. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented, then aged in 25% new barrels. It features accents of vanilla and smoke among notes of pear and white flowers. The palate is rich, with a toasty flavor reminiscent of butter biscuits that lingers in the finish.

Notes of plum and blackberry fruit are complemented by a third aroma of cocoa.

A medium-bodied Gamay 100% from the Burgundy region, featuring nuances of blueberries and cranberries, with aromas of wood, cherries, and blackberries. It is characterized by a refreshing acidity, a solid tannin presence, and a complexity filled with fruitiness.

Bordeaux region full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon 71% Merlot 23% Petit Verdot 6% with aromas of ripe cassis balanced with nuances of vanilla and clove from the barrel, creating a complex aroma. It offers a classic taste that is approachable, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Bordeaux. The wine has a good balance of tannins and concentration, making it enjoyable.

Full-bodied Grenache Noir 80%, Syrah 10%, Mourvèdre 10% from the Côtes du Rhône region, harvested by hand with strict selection and no de-stemming. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation are done in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Only natural yeast is used, and checks are performed frequently in the morning and evening. The carefully ripened grapes express a wonderful richness of fruit and freshness.

A red wine made by a producer in the village of Peronne, located on the west side of Vire-Clesse, which represents the Macon region of Burgundy, made from 100% medium-bodied Pinot Noir. It has a robust yet rustic taste that is calming to drink. This red wine features plump fruit, soft acidity, pleasant minerals, and leaves a gentle impression.

Bordeaux region full-bodied Merlot 75%, Cabernet Franc 25%. The aroma is rich with sweet notes of ripe fruit, including plum, black currant, and cherry, along with roasted scents of cocoa, toast, and truffle, as well as hints of spice, creating a rich flavor profile. The taste is abundant with the natural sweetness and power of the fruit, giving a voluminous impression. It has a smooth, rounded mouthfeel that is approachable, with a harmonious blend of rich sweetness, acidity, and smooth tannins. The smooth tannins contribute to a well-balanced flavor.

Medium-bodied Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec from the Bordeaux region with aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, blackcurrants, and violets, featuring a roasted scent and smooth tannins that provide a pleasant and elegant taste. Grown in clay-limestone soil. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 50% is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

A full-bodied Merlot Cabernet Franc from the Saint-Émilion region of Bordeaux, with aromas of blueberries, raspberries, and cherries, mixed with eucalyptus and smoky notes. It has a solid structure and a finish that offers a well-balanced subtle sweetness and spiciness. It is made from grapes grown in clay-limestone soil, with an average vine age of 25 years.

Full-bodied Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre from the Côtes du Rhône region, with a deep purple hue, rich aromas reminiscent of black cherry, plum, violet, and rose, balanced with intense fruitiness and fine tannins.

Bordeaux region, Graves area, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Malbec 10%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Merlot 10%. Aromas of berry fruits, cassis, and licorice, with hints of spices like pepper and a slight mineral feel, featuring soft tannins and a smooth, gentle taste. Made with natural yeast. The 2017 vintage is very rare.

A medium-bodied 100% Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region, owning three parcels in the Nuits-Saint-Georges area with a total area of 3.4 hectares. The average age of the vines is 30 years. After harvest, all grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration for three days. Subsequently, primary fermentation takes place in INOX tanks. Aging is done in oak barrels (with about 10% new barrels). While it has an elegant style, the solid structure truly reflects the essence of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
