Made from 90% Chardonnay and 5% Chenin Blanc from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, this wine undergoes a fifth fermentation in the bottle, just like those from the Champagne region, resulting in fine bubbles and a floral, fresh aroma of green apple. The palate offers a perfect balance of fruitiness and freshness.
70% Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac. The freshness and smoothness, along with the volume, create a very well-balanced finish. Due to the high ratio of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, you can also feel the delicate flavors of citrus and white flowers, along with a richness reminiscent of brioche.
Champagne region Pinot Noir 33% Chardonnay 33% Pinot Meunier 33% Rich fruit, peach, white flowers, a hint of clove and brown sugar, lemon peel, grapefruit, and a very attractive and classic style of champagne with a rich aroma and smooth mouthfeel, flavors of marzipan, lime, honey, and walnut, with moderate minerals and acidity that tighten the taste.

Full-bodied Grenache Noir 80%, Syrah 10%, Mourvèdre 10% from the Côtes du Rhône region, harvested by hand with strict selection and no de-stemming. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation are done in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Only natural yeast is used, and checks are performed frequently in the morning and evening. The carefully ripened grapes express a wonderful richness of fruit and freshness.
A red wine made by a producer in the village of Peronne, located on the west side of Vire-Clesse, which represents the Macon region of Burgundy, made from 100% medium-bodied Pinot Noir. It has a robust yet rustic taste that is calming to drink. This red wine features plump fruit, soft acidity, pleasant minerals, and leaves a gentle impression.
Bordeaux region full-bodied Merlot 75%, Cabernet Franc 25%. The aroma is rich with sweet notes of ripe fruit, including plum, black currant, and cherry, along with roasted scents of cocoa, toast, and truffle, as well as hints of spice, creating a rich flavor profile. A medium-bodied 100% Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region, owning three parcels in the Nuits-Saint-Georges area with a total area of 3.4 hectares. The average age of the vines is 30 years. After harvest, all grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration for three days. Subsequently, primary fermentation takes place in INOX tanks. Aging is done in oak barrels (with about 10% new barrels). While it has an elegant style, the solid structure truly reflects the essence of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
