A refreshing and easy-to-drink sake that you won't get tired of. When warmed, the flavor is further enhanced.
This sake is from Sogen Brewery, said to be the birthplace of the Noto sake brewers, one of the four great sake brewers. It is a slightly dry and rich sake with a crisp and sharp flavor.
