Takeout is available, but the best way to enjoy it is to savor it freshly fried in the restaurant. The tonkatsu sandwich is fried after you place your order, so the coating is light and crispy. It is said that the pork loin and shoulder loin are carefully marinated in salt koji, making them moist, tender, and full of flavor. The sandwich is packed with plenty of cabbage, which adds a refreshing crunch and makes it very satisfying to eat. It's also fun to watch the cooking process from the counter seats, and the wait for the finished dish is exciting. The homemade yuzu ginger ale contains yuzu peel, providing a pleasant acidity, and the carbonation is mild, leaving a refreshing aftertaste.
